Download Pivot 2 HERE - Make stick animations with this simple program. It has less functions than Pivot 3 Beta but it has no bugs at all. The best version of Pivot so far. 8/10

Download Pivot 3 Beta HERE - It has a lot of bugs but this program lets you load sprites from your computer and make multiple backgrounds. You can also make sprite animations. 7/10

Download Macromedia Flash MX 6 (Full) HERE -  The best program for making animations. It has very complex tools and you can also make more than only animations. 10/10

Download Flash Preloader HERE - If you want to put a loading bar on your flash video just download this and put it on Macromedia Flash or etc...
